Details on frequency and swipes for solo ads - image skin care acne products

Hey warriors, so I'm trying to find a separate advertising provider for specific niche, skin care/acne products on click economics and Udimi (not easy, they have a broader niche)
I would appreciate it if you could help me with some basic information :-
How often does a separate ad seller send me an email?
(Only once, twice, three times. . . etc);
How long is it? -
Can they brush with me?
I know some people don't. Thank you!
