good niche to build list in? | warrior forum - the #1 ... - best skin care products for acne and pimples

Hi, I would like to know what is the best niche besides making money, acne and losing weight?
I would also like to know if the gardening field is worth setting up an email list inside.
I think I can also sell my list of green related products in addition to gardening ebooks and products, right?
But I was wondering if I should build a list in a different area or if this list is as good as the others.
