How I Lost 11 Pounds in 7 Days Without Being Hungry - forever living products skin care

How does diet work?
The clean detox and diet plan are implemented in two phases.
No solid food for the first two days.
About 20 minutes before each part of the plan, you will be taking garcplus Plus with a fat blocker that prevents the body from converting carbohydrates into fat and suppressing appetite.
After 20 minutes, the next step is to drink 4 ounces of aloe vera gel with a minimum ounce of water.
Take the bee pollen slices in the morning as a snack.
It takes 20 minutes of exercise in the morning.
No matter what you can do, walk, run, bike, swim for at least 20 minutes.
During lunch time on the first day and the second day, you take 2 rattan yellow plus soft gel capsules 20 minutes before aloe vera gel again.
Then 4 ounces of aloe vera gel with a minimum of 8 ounces of water.
Next, you can make a forever Lite Ultra Shake with 10 ounces of skim milk and 2 pieces of bee pollen.
At dinner time on day one and day two, you start again with 2 rattan yellow plus soft gum capsules and after 20 minutes drink 4 ounces of aloe vera gel with a minimum of 8 ounces of water.
You can have 2 bee pollen slices after aloe gel.
You also have 4 ounces of aloe vera gel and 8 ounces of water in the evening before going to bed.
Be sure to drink long enough before going to bed so you don't have to get up in the middle of the night and use the bathroom.
Starting on the third day, although 9 days, you will repeat the process, but after your aloe gel, you will have a protein shake at breakfast, and you can eat 600 calories at dinner time.
In the evening before going to bed, you won't have any more aloe vera gel, just 8 ounces of water.
This may sound hard, but the protein shake is full (at least for me), with two daily, offering 100% of the lowest RDA for many essential vitamins and minerals.
In addition, aloe vera gel contains more than 200 nutrients.
What I'm trying to say is that I'm a 98-pound-thin weak, but of course it's not true.
I don't know exactly what my BMI is, but I think it's about 64, or it's on the first day anyway.

Before taking a shower, the first thing I do every morning is Weigh (well, I really don't jump, but you get it.
) And after taking care of any necessary physical function.
Every other day I do this at the same time and have no clothes at all, so I only call myself, not something else.
It may be the most difficult thing for me to attend the ceremony of daily exercise, but I decided to do it and try to do it.

Tomorrow is the last day of my diet and I am a little worried about keeping the balance of low calorie foods so I am determined that I will continue to replace lunch with a protein shake every day, and try to balance breakfast and lunch with a healthy choice.
I think I will do it for two weeks and then go back and do 9 days of cleaning.
February 4 was the last day of my 9 days, and I lost a total of 12 lbs in 9 days, down to 212.
Today's workout is shoveling snow again (I'll eat that damn Groundhog the next time the groundhog sticks his head out of the hole ).

Artctic Sea Omega 3 supplement, mixed with 5 grams of forever fiber for 10 ounces of continuous exercise.
My diet not only helped me lose weight, but also greatly reduced my low-density cholesterol (bad cholesterol) and reduced my blood pressure to 125 in the 75 range.
As with any successful diet plan, some exercise must be included, in my case, either about an hour and a half on foot or about 11 miles on a bike.
I haven't met any huge hills yet while riding my bike, but hopefully by next summer I'm ready to push myself even harder.
Since winter in Pennsylvania is not conducive to always being able to walk or ride a bike, I am looking for a gym with a pool as my plan is to replace walking and cycling with swimming when the weather is not suitable.

Just because something says it's fat.
"Free" doesn't mean it's sugar-free or starch-free.
Your body converts sugar and starch into fat.
Do not buy or use any products with high content
Don't eat food made of processed white fluff.
Remove starch foods from your diet, such as potatoes, macaroni, lima beans, etc.
Do some research and find a better choice.
Yam is a substitute for potatoes (and tastes better ).
Eat sodium instead of lima beans
Free black beans (high protein content as well) with a small amount of brown rice instead of macaroni.
