Dermatitis -
Dermatitis is a common disease.
It's not a serious disease.
However, dermatitis can be very uncomfortable and will lower your confidence.
Mix of self
Care, medicine and natural products can help you control dermatitis and treat it.
What is dermatitis? Do I have It?
Dermatitis is a broad term that describes the different conditions that cause inflammation in the skin. .
There may be many causes of the disease and various symptoms, but the common denominator is swelling and redness of the skin.
Many times, the affected area is itchy, or there is a rash of blisters or bumps.
Other symptoms are thick or scaly skin, swelling, tingling and burning sensation, pain during scratching.
Confirm that you have dermatitis and need to see a doctor. self-diagnosis is dangerous and will bring you more problems.
Different types of dermatitis are caused by different causes.
Although the reason is not very clear, eczema is associated with dry skin and immune response.
Usually, eczema is a reaction to allergens, and people with eczema are also allergic.
It is caused by exposure to external substances such as detergents, solvents, poison ivy, or other harsh chemicals.
The symptoms of contact dermatitis are usually very strong, but if the inflammatory agent is removed, they disappear after full healing.
It is a state of gradual development, which is caused by pressure many times.
The common feature of patients with dermatitis is oily skin and hair.
It is caused by exposure to ultraviolet rays, usually from the sun, but also from ultraviolet lamps, or even fluorescent lamps.
There may be many reasons for light skin diseases.
External photosensitive skin diseases are caused by external drugs, which make the skin sensitive, essential oil, four ring drugs, some chemicals, etc. .
It's some photosensitive material.
Exposure to ultraviolet rays can lead to primary light skin diseases, but the cause is unknown.
There are also genetic light skin diseases and metabolic light skin diseases.
It seems that, in most cases, dermatitis is aggravated when the natural balance of the skin is broken.
This can be achieved by exposure to an external agent, excessive washing, or even a hot shower/tub.
If the sebum is removed from the skin, the skin is more prone to dehydration.
Sebum is an oily, wax-like substance produced by the oil glands, which has the effect of protecting the skin.
If the sebum is removed, the natural reaction of our body is to produce more sebum to replace it.
If there is no sebum, the skin will lose its elasticity, and the natural membrane formed by skin secretions such as sebum and moisture will be lost, thus making the skin easier to expose to the environment.
The above conditions can be applied to contact and edema dermatitis.
In one case, the body is unable to regulate the production of sebum due to the destructive effects of external substances, in another case it will try to compensate for the missing sebum and will be excessive
Most interestingly, dehydration also seems to be a factor in allergic dermatitis.
This eczema is usually related to allergies.
Allergies can affect the skin by causing serious dehydration.
Removing allergens does not necessarily stop eczema. the skin still needs to be re-developed.
But it will be hydrated.
This response seems to be more common among children and adolescents.
Dermatitis is directly related to the degree of hydration of the skin, and keeping the skin moist is the key to fighting dermatitis.
Keeping the skin moist means not only proper hydration but also locking in the water.
Your skin hydration level is directly affected by multiple factors such as nutrition, environment, skin type, age and overall health.
Eating habits affect hydration.
Avoid excessive intake of coffee, caffeine-containing tea and salt.
Caffeine is a well-known fortifier, and a large amount of salt can act as a dehydration, although a normal amount of salt helps to maintain moisture.
If you are a coffee drinker and a dermatitis patient, you will get some good and bad news.
The good news is that this may be an easy way to significantly reduce dermatitis.
The bad news is that it means giving up coffee.
This is what I tested.
I drank a lot of espresso.
I had dermatitis for about two years.
I reduced my caffeine intake below half the daily dose, and eczema also improved significantly.
It completely disappeared in a few weeks.
Therefore, drinking coffee can indeed cure eczema, or at least significantly improve it.
Habit is a way to reduce eczema.
Due to the joint action of hot water and mechanical friction, the sebum on the skin will be excessively removed, resulting in dehydration.
Sebum is a hydrophilic substance, which means it can maintain moisture naturally.
In the absence of water, it is easier for water to evaporate and dry the skin.
The long shower and shower will have the same effect, the skin will be absorbed by the water immediately after the shower, but if there is no outside sebum layer to lock the water, this evaporation will be very fast.
(I will describe a method that might be useful for overbathing later.
It can also cause damage to the skin and eventually not retain moisture.
It will make the skin too clean and peel off the protective layer.
Use a pH-balanced soap that is less aggressive on your skin.
Skin fat will be removed, affecting the health of the skin, and eventually lead to contact dermatitis.
Moderate treatment of eczema can greatly reduce eczema and cure eczema.
However, excessive exposure and non-use of sunscreen can cause dehydration and damage to the skin.
Will have a negative impact on the skin.
If the cream you apply is too light, it will provide little or no protection, leaving the skin without a barrier to lock the water.
The air is too dry.
Low humidity in the air can lead to dehydration of the skin.
Use a humidifier to maintain the right level of humidity in your home. Choose Non-scented Hypo-
An effective way to fight eczema is to keep the skin moist all the time.
It is very easy for people with healthy skin because our bodies have their own mechanisms to do this.
However, this is not easy for people who are prone to eczema.
The good news is that it's not hard, you can do it at home, and it's not expensive.
Keeping your skin moist all the time means two things, hydration and locking.
An unconventional way to moisturize the skin is to take a long bath instead of a short bath that is usually recommended for eczema.
The key to this method is the water temperature, the water temperature needs to be tepid, apply moisturizer to the whole body immediately after bathing.
Not applying a good quality moisturizer after bathing can only aggravate eczema.
As explained earlier in the article, a good cream is essential, so it actually locks in moisture.
If the cream is not good, it will make the water evaporate from the skin and make things worse.
If we do not apply cream after a long bath, the effect is the same.
The skin will be soaked in water, but it will not last for too long because there is no sebum membrane that can be preserved.
The advantage of using this method is that skin moisture can be faster for serious cases of dermatitis, so healing time is faster.
The two creams I trust most are Cerave and Eucerin.
You can click on the link to buy online on Amazon.
Either of these two methods is perfect for moisturizing the skin.

How to prevent dermatitis?
Preventive methods against dermatitis are closely related to preventing the natural balance of the skin.
Avoid washing your hands often because the soap is very rough to the skin.
Avoid any chemicals on the skin.
If you need to wear protective gloves, make sure they don't react anything to your skin.
Avoid hot shower.
Bathing is better than bathing.
Don't stay in the sun for too long because it will damage your skin. Use sunscreen.
Avoid using caffeine and any other heart-strengthening agent.
These increase dehydration.
If you are fighting exma for the longest time ever, you may try a lot of topical steroid cream and ointment.
These help a lot with rapid relief, but do not heal the skin.
In the course of my treatment of my exma, (as I like to call my dermatitis) there are other creams on the counter
They helped my outbreak but never cured eczema.
The most helpful thing for me is the slimming cream, making sure that the cream has a high absorption rate, otherwise it will stay on your skin with little effect.
Cream with higher concentration is less effective than cream with lower concentration because they are not absorbed by the skin.
On the other hand, a close friend responded better to Protopic, and the symptoms were relieved quickly compared to hydrogen loose.
If you use topical steroid cream, you should know that there is no instructions for long use.
You should only use it during the outbreak.
When you use it, you need to apply it twice a day in order to get the best results.
I have achieved the most amazing results with a homemade moisturizer.
This cream has a great reaction to my dermatitis and the results are amazing.
10 drops of tea tree oil 1 fl.
10 drops of carrot seed essential oil, 1 fl.
To prepare the cream, you first need to dissolve the man having sex in warm water.
If the man who has sex with a male is not completely dissolved, this means that the solution is saturated and you need to add more water.
Saturated in a solution of about 15% in water.
I saw product ads saying they have 25% gay men and I don't know how they got so many gay men in cream.
However, adding too many gay male solutions will turn your cream into liquid.
In a separate bowl, mix the base oil: shea butter, olive oil, coconut oil and jojoba oil thoroughly.
You can use the kitchen mixer to speed up the process and make sure the mixture is even.
After the oil is mixed, you will get a thick consistency cream.
While constantly mixing, slowly start adding your gay and lesbian solution.
Add the solution slowly, because if you add too fast, the water may be separated from the oil and you have to start over.
If you feel the cream is too thin, you can add more shea butter.
When the cream is ready, add essential oils as described above.
Pure aloe vera gel is the last ingredient in my dermatitis formula.
The last ingredient is not part of the cream, but is applied after the cream.
It will help the cream penetrate the skin and form a protective layer on the skin.
Apply two or three times a day, massage in the cream, and finally apply aloe vera.
If outbreak, use your local steroid cream and this cream as instructed by your doctor.
Otherwise, use only this cream and if it is not stopped, it will greatly reduce the incidence of dermatitis outbreaks.
This dermatitis cream formula is provided in a manner that is based on empirical testing and inconsistent information, in a manner that does not have any commitment.
Useful to me.
As with any new product, test it on a small patch before use.
If you are allergic to any of the ingredients, obviously don't use it.

What's more, share your story, does it work for you?
Apple cider vinegar is reported to be very effective in fighting eczema.
Take 1 tablespoon ACV within 16 minutes.
A bottle of water nine ounces a day.
Eczema will subside until it finally disappears.
The best thing about ACV therapy is that it will only help relieve eczema, but your whole body will benefit from it.
