words: that's why your New Year's resolutions are largely not working.Why?Because you are not consistent with them, you will not resonate with them.They are outside your field of experience, and more deeply, they are outside your field of faith.Of course, after your life is full of enthusiasm for your work, it will be great to use a fat check account to lose 20 lbs of weight, health and health, debt-free, share your life with a good partner.What keeps you calm on your track is your limited belief in your ability to achieve your dreams or goals.If you are reading this, you will most likely how our bodies are designed or how our actions are draining the quality of our lives.Is it meaningless to know everything about the body you live in?To me it does.However, we are so alienated from our bodies that whenever they speak to us in their unique body language, we either discard their messages, either use painkillers, food, junk cigarettes, alcohol, drugs, sex and overwork.We shut down the means of transport that allowed us to experience life, so that we fell into a living cycle of death.There is hope, however!To learn your own body language, you need to understand its basic operating principles.Our bodies are concentrated energy.When energy flows in the best state, you have the best state of health.When the energy is trapped somewhere, you will findease.There are two sources of energy traps: 1.Too much, 2.not enough.Too much toxicity, food, work, stress.There is not enough sleep, water, nutrition, exercise and entertainment.Balance these two opposing aspects and you will have the best health.It sounds simple, doesn't it?However, most people always fail, and sometimes I fail.So the next logical question is: why can't we always keep our body healthy and in good shape?Resonance.You don't do anything that doesn't align with you: you think it's too hard, too time consuming, or you don't know where to start.The main reason behind your resistance (note that there is where Meridian tapping is consistent with a healthy body.My definition of a healthy body includes weight, how all systems work harmoniously together, and the command, brain, and consciousness and subconscious of this symphony.Feelings or emotions are an important part of a healthy body.They control biochemistry in our bodies, so it's important to have a healthy, productive feel at all times.Recent studies have shown that they not only enhance our immune system, but actually control how our genes respond to the environment at every moment.That is to say, your mind controls your
